The Basin Basketball club was founded 50 years ago in 1975 by Dick Thomas.

What started off as a little local basketball club set up by local basketball enthusiasts has become a 400 strong member club today. We have teams playing in the Knox and Kilsyth associations and we also have teams playing in various tournaments throughout the years.

The Basin Basketball club has been a fantastic introduction to basketball for many junior players and we have seen many talented players go on to representative basketball and state teams.
